Job Advert: Flexibility and Strength & Conditioning Coach

Lattice Training is hiring a new flexibility and strength & conditioning coach!

As a progressive sport climbing company we pride ourselves on providing the highest standards of support for the climbing community through coaching, products and education. We work with all athletes, from keen amateurs to elite level climbers. Lattice Training is made up of many job roles which aim to support and facilitate our core coaching team. Lattice coaches come from a variety of professional, educational and climbing backgrounds providing a huge range of expertise and transferable skills. This scope of knowledge has serviced climbers and their goals including climbing 9b+, climbing big walls and managing climbing around a growing family.

With the recent release and popularity of the ‘Lattice flexibility training plan’, we are looking to further expand the training plan services we offer. Initially we are looking to hire a new coach to create flexibility training plans and provide ongoing support to these athletes. Flexibility plans are designed for climbers but are specific to this training attribute and therefore do not include on-the-wall training. Further to this, the right candidate joining our team would also have the opportunity to create a new training plan service as we would also like to expand the strength and conditioning services we offer. Strength and conditioning training has been a back bone of the Lattice training programs since they began in 2015. We are now looking for an experienced coach to lead this part of the business, create new services and support our current climbing coaches.

We are initially hiring for a new coach to assist in the creation and support of flexibility training services. On successful adoption of this initial role, there is scope to increase hours further and adopt a secondary role of being a strength and conditioning expert within the business.
