Mina Leslie-Wujastyk

Nutrition Coach

Mina Lesie-Wujastyk is the Lattice Team Nutrition Coach, having joined the company in 2020. With a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy (2:1), Postgrad Cert in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and an MNU Nutrition Certification, Mina’s qualifications and experience in climbing make her a highly sought after resource within the team! Mina is also currently finishing a Sports Nutrition Diploma with the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and an Intuitive Eating Certification. Her experience in working with nutrition clients has centred around climbers who are primarily interested in training and performance.

Mina has been climbing for 25 years and has an impressive portfolio, having bouldered up to V13 (Pursuit of Happiness), sport climbed up to 8c (Mecca Extension, Bat Route, Raining Bats and Dogs, Nordic Plumber), and has even been known to do some occasional hard trad! She currently describes herself as in “some kind of comeback phase” in climbing and having been through multiple training and performance cycles over the years, is passionate about sharing this experience and expertise with her clients.

On the philosophy of her role at Lattice, Mina says “I hope that we will not only have success with 1:1 nutrition clients, but we will also be able to play a role in changing the landscape and messaging about nutrition within the climbing community to a healthier and more sustainable rhetoric.”
