**Elite climbers, lessons from the top of the performance pyramid**

In this webinar Tom Randall and Ollie Torr discuss all the lessons they have learnt from working with athletes at the top of the sport. Having a collective 25 years worth of experience working with athletes who compete internationally and send hard climbs, Tom and Ollie have seen the patterns in behavior and training that work for the best climbers. We will discuss testing results from the worlds best and also what is our data says is needed to climb V14 and 9a.
