# Training for the Female Athlete | Webinar

**Training for the Female Athlete**

In this webinar our climbing coaches Maddy and Ella will present the subject of how you can optimise your climbing training. This session will be the first in a series of webinars looking in more depth at the specific needs of the female athlete.

As the first in a series, this session will be based on basic principles of training and will largely be addressing questions pre-submitted from the audience along with those extra questions posed live during the webinar. On purchasing access to this event you will be asked to complete a questionnaire which allows you to request topics and ask questions that you wish to be covered and answered during the webinar session.

Each webinar will last a minimum of 1 hour with lots of time for live questions and answer throughout the session so you can get involved. After each webinar, you will be sent a link to the recording of the webinar along with a resource sheet detailing the topics covered.
