Delivered via 12-week training blocks, our bouldering training plan is custom-designed to meet your needs and level of bouldering.
Targeted for those currently climbing between grades V4 to V14, our bouldering training plan will take into consideration your available home training facilities, as well as climbing wall/gym facilities and outdoor climbing accessibility. You will first need to complete the included mini-assessment and then your dedicated coach will write a customised training plan completely tailored to you.
Our bouldering plans are delivered through the Crimpd app, allowing you to follow your plan, track and analyse your performance.
We understand that you may be a boulderer and a sport climber, just choose the plan for the discipline you want to be your main focus for the next 12 weeks.

Delivered via 12-week training blocks, our Sport Climbing training plan is perfect for those who are looking to get better at sport climbing and/or trad climbing.
This plan comes with a free training assessment which can be completed from home. We will review the facilities available to you, including home training, climbing wall and outdoor climbing areas available. Your dedicated coach will then write a customised training plan specific to you, delivered through the Crimpd App, allowing you to follow your plan, track and analyse your performance.
Those looking to join our sport climbing training plan will be between grades 5:10+ (6b+) to 5:14d (9a).
We understand that you may be a boulderer and a sport climber, just choose the plan for the discipline you want to be your main focus for the next 12 weeks.

A customised training plan that will be designed by a Lattice coach with your unique home set-up and training facilities in mind. Delivered on our easy to use Crimpd App.
Each home training plan is tailor-made by a Lattice Coach to maximise the use of any training equipment, you have available in your home.
These plans are great for anyone who does not have access to a climbing gym (i.e lockdown training), or wants to start doing some additional home training that compliments their outdoor or indoor climbing time.

Your Lattice coach will customise your fingerboard plan, taking care of your hangboard work and complementary strength and conditioning for the shoulders, and you can complete your own additional climbing sessions each week in a manner that you want.

FAQ's
Once you have completed the mini-assessment, the earliest a training plan can be started is 2 weeks after the date of data submission. You may state in your form when you would ideally like your training plan to start and we will endeavour to make this possible.
Your plan will be delivered by the Friday prior to your start date.
You can not pick your coach, but given we are such a close knit team you can be assured that ideas and approaches are shared, and we all learn from each other’s areas of expertise.
No, we only use assessments from these plans for putting together your lattice training plan. If you want more targeted feedback we offer a range of assessments that do come with full written feedback.
No. Lattice Training Plans are designed for individuals who are happy operating with minimal external support. We don’t offer edits to your plan as part of these packages, however if you spot a problem with your plan upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we can rectify it for you.
You need to be over 18, uninjured and have climbed at least 6b/5.10+ routes and V4 boulder. You should also be competent using a fingerboard, and able to hang unaided from a 20mm edge for at least 10 seconds before completing the testing. If you are unsure, please contact us.
No, as long as your assessment was relatively recent then we can use the results from that to write your Lattice Training Plan.
You will get be sent a plan specific assessment followed by a periodised training schedule detailing which sessions to do and when for the duration of your plan.
If you become injured, you should stop all training immediately and seek professional help. Our Lattice Training Plans do not include any rehab advice, but if you are concerned at any point please feel free to contact us.
