In order to make the most out of training, as well as reduce the risk of injury, it is important to get the intensity right for climbing based sessions and get our form correct for off-the-wall training. Many of us are looking to make our training time efficient to fit around busy lives, and combining different training elements in a session is a great way to do this. Learning how best to order sessions is the first step in this process.
If you think you would benefit from a guided training workshop, we are offering a 5-hour training workshop on the Saturday 25th January for 6 people at The Depot, Sheffield with Lattice Coach, Maddy Cope.
The Guided Training Session will focus on the following areas:
How to combine training types in a session (discussion based)
Energy systems discussion and anaerobic capacity work
The workshop is limited to 6 people and will take place from 10am to 3pm. Price does not include wall entry.
Please note that the minimum grade requirement for this workshop is V5 / 7a.
You must be over 18 and uninjured to attend this workshop.
