How we deliver:
To gather information for your Nutrition Plan we send you a detailed form to fill out where you can tell us about your goals, your current food habits and intake, food preferences, activity levels and any other information it would be valuable for us to know. From this information we are able to put together a document that will help you to optimise your nutrition for your training and climbing with specific recommendations that support you to adjust your intake for rest, light, moderate or heavy activity days. While this is not a meal plan, you will receive detailed advice around energy intake, macronutrients, micronutrients and food timings as well as resources for implementing the advice.
You will receive your Nutrition Plan via email in a PDF document. This service is a one-off document that you can use as a guide for your nutritional intake, currently exclusive to our existing training plan clients. It is not a meal plan or day to day nutritional instructions but it gives you personalised nutrition advice and guidelines that you can adjust to support your training/climbing moving forward. Please note that this is a stand-alone service and isn’t included within your current plan and it doesn’t include 1-1 nutritional coaching support.
In order to receive any nutrition-related service you must meet the following criteria:
You must be over 18 years of age (or provide evidence of permission to participate from a parent or guardian).
You must not have been advised by a qualified medical professional to refrain from exercise.
You must not have a clinical eating disorder or have had one in the last five years.
You must not be currently suffering from a clinical condition that requires nutritional and/or dietetics input (including but not limited to being diabetic or having Crohn’s disease).
