Getting a nutrition report seems as sensible as getting an MOT on your car. Sure it might be a minor, but it could also be much more important.
The process and results provided a very good insight into my own nutrition, Mina’s advice is clear and easy to follow. Now I just need to follow the advice and watch the results!

Really well polished process when it came to the data collection from the team at Lattice and Mina’s advice was very individualized to my specific situation. She was able to provide a couple of immediately actionable areas that I could focus on improving straight away and there is depth in the report to come back to look for more areas to improve in once I’m ready. She also had some helpful advice around timing of carb intake when in a calorie deficit to help combat fatigue which I have struggled with when cutting for a long time – am looking forward to trying these out! Thanks Mina!
