After graduating with a degree in Industrial Design in 2023, Flinn spent his studies developing products for the climbing community, which naturally led to his transition into coaching driven by his passion for progression in the sport.

Growing up in the Lake District, Flinn’s climbing roots are firmly grounded in outdoor bouldering. In recent years, he has focused his efforts on pushing his limits outdoors, notably breaking the V14/8B+ barrier at the iconic Bowderstone. With his sights set on repeating challenging boulders both in the Lake District and internationally, Flinn continues to raise the bar for his personal climbing achievements.

As part of the Lattice team, Flinn is eager to work with clients to design personalised training plans that will help them reach their climbing goals across a variety of disciplines.
