Ian joined the team as our warehouse operative in July 2025. He has worked in the outdoor retail industry for over 20 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. A passionate climber for more than two decades, Ian specialises in bouldering and has climbed up to V12. He loves training on his board and is happiest on anything with hard, powerful moves.
