Returns Policy
Effective from 16th February 2020. Effective to 22nd December 2021.
If you are a consumer, you may return any item (other than software) for a full refund if you let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. You must then return the item to the address below within 14 days of telling us you want to return the item. We reserve the right to withhold payment if the goods are damaged by you.

If you discover a fault with an item, you can return it up to 6 months after purchase. If you wish to return a faulty item more than 6 months after the purchase date you must provide evidence that the item was faulty when purchased.
If you are a consumer, your statutory rights against us are not affected by the following limitation of liability.
If you are buying goods as a business:
- We only supply them for internal use by your business, and you agree not to use them for any resale purposes.
- Nothing in these Terms (including the two paragraphs below) limits or excludes our liability to the extent that it cannot be limited or excluded by law.
- We will under no circumstances be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising under or in connection with our supply of the goods for indirect and/or consequential loss.
- Our total liability to you will in no circumstances exceed the price of the goods.
This Returns Policy, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the law of England and Wales.
Each party irrevocably agrees that (except where you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland) the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with this Returns Policy or the subject matter or formation of this contract between the parties. Nothing in this clause shall limit the right of Lattice Training Limited to issue or take proceedings against you in any other court of competent jurisdiction, nor shall the taking of proceedings in any one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of proceedings in any other jurisdictions, whether concurrently or not, to the extent permitted by the law of such other jurisdiction.
