Mina Leslie-Wujastyk

Nutrition Coach

Mina Lesie-Wujastyk is the Lattice Nutrition Coach and a Climbing Coach, having joined the company in 2020. With a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy (2:1), Postgrad Cert in Counselling and Psychotherapy, an MNU Nutrition Certification and Intuitive Eating Certification. Mina’s qualifications and experience in climbing make her a highly sought after resource within the team! Mina is also in the final year of a Sports Nutrition Diploma with the International Olympic Committee (IOC). Her experience in working with nutrition clients has centred around climbers who are primarily interested in training and performance.

Mina has been climbing for 27 years and has an impressive portfolio, having bouldered up to V13 (Pursuit of Happiness), sport climbed up to 8c (Mecca Extension, Bat Route, Raining Bats and Dogs, Nordic Plumber), and has even been known to do some occasional hard trad! She has been through multiple training and performance cycles over the years and is passionate about sharing this experience and expertise with her clients.

On the philosophy of her role at Lattice, Mina says “I hope that we will not only have success with 1:1 nutrition clients, but we will also be able to play a role in changing the landscape and messaging about nutrition within the climbing community to a healthier and more sustainable rhetoric. In terms of climbing coaching, I am psyched to work with climbers to help them develop and progress their climbing. ”
