Austin Sarles joined the Lattice team in 2019 as an ambassador, and is currently training on a Climbing Training Plan PLUS, written by coach Cam Hartley. He is a rock climber based in Seattle, Washington, with a focus on bouldering. Austin has been climbing for over 18 years and has trained with Lattice for more than five years.

Based in the Pacific Northwest, Austin is currently working with coach Cam Hartley on a programme tailored to local projects and seasonal performance, building the strength, resilience, and consistency needed for long term progression on rock.
