Manage your Subscription
How to manage, cancel, or get a refund for your LatticePlan subscription.
This guide covers everything you need to know about managing your LatticePlan subscription, including free trial details, cancellation, refunds, and plan changes.
Free Trial
Every new LatticePlan subscriber receives a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. The free trial is available to first-time users only. If you have previously subscribed to LatticePlan, you are not eligible for another free trial.
During the trial period, you have access to your personalised training plan, weekly check-ins, the full workout library, and all plan adaptation features.
To avoid being charged, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your trial renewal date. If you do not cancel before the renewal, your trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your LatticePlan subscription through the Lattice Training app or via the website.
Via the Lattice App
- Open the Lattice Training app.
- Navigate to your profile.
- Tap the pencil symbol to edit your profile.
- Select Manage Subscription.
Via the Website
- Log in to your account at web.latticetraining.com.
- Navigate to Subscription Status.
- Tap the pencil icon.
- Select Manage Subscription.
This will redirect you to Paddle, where you can update your payment method, view billing history, or make changes to your plan.
Cancelling Your Subscription
When you cancel your LatticePlan subscription, you retain access to all features for the remainder of your current billing period. After your subscription expires, your account will revert to the free version of the Lattice Training app.
On Apple (iOS)
- Open the App Store app.
- Tap your profile picture in the top right corner.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select LatticePlan under the Active section.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
On Android
- Open the Google Play app.
- Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
- Tap Payments & Subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Select LatticePlan.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
On Web
Follow the steps in the "Managing Your Subscription" section above to reach the Paddle management page, then select the option to cancel your subscription.
Refunds
Refunds are available within 14 days of your initial purchase.
Apple (iOS)
Refunds for iOS purchases are processed directly by Apple:
- Find the receipt Apple sent to your email address when you purchased LatticePlan. The subject line is typically "Your receipt from Apple."
- In the receipt, select the Report a Problem link next to the LatticePlan purchase.
- Choose "I'd like to request a refund" from the drop-down menu.
- An Apple support representative will review your request and typically process the refund within 48-72 hours.
Please note that Apple is the sole arbitrator for refund approvals and rejections. Refunds for iOS purchases cannot be processed by Lattice Training support.
Android
Android users can request a refund by contacting support@latticetraining.com, or through Google Play:
- Open the Google Play app.
- Navigate to Menu > Account > Purchase History.
- Select "Request a refund or report a problem" next to the LatticePlan purchase.
- Complete the form and note that you would like a refund.
Web (Paddle)
If you purchased LatticePlan through the website, email payment@latticetraining.com with your request. Refunds are typically processed within 48 hours.
Founding Member Discount
Founding members receive at least 20% off annual LatticePlan subscriptions. This discount is a lifetime benefit that remains active for as long as your subscription stays active.
If you cancel your subscription, you will lose your founding member eligibility. To keep your discount, ensure your subscription remains active without interruption.
Switching Plans
If you want to switch between monthly and annual billing, or change to a different subscription tier:
- Cancel your current plan following the cancellation steps above.
- Wait for your current subscription period to expire.
- Sign up again with your preferred plan.
Your training data and history will be preserved when you switch plans.
