June 20th flexibility podcast…
In the first few minutes these guys started using terminology I’ve never heard of . “P and F stretching “ ?? Who knows ? Pretty useless as I had no idea what they meant so stopped listening. Common error with these kind of pods … I say this as a critical friend .. your speakers would serve the audience better if they dropped jargon. Thanks
