Mina Leslie-Wujastyk

Coach & Nutrition Coach

Mina Lesie-Wujastyk joined Lattice in 2020 as a climbing coach and nutrition coach. Mina has been climbing for 30+ years and has an impressive portfolio, having bouldered up to 8B/V13 (‘Pursuit of Happiness’), sport climbed up to 8c/5.14b (‘Mecca Extension’, ‘Bat Route’, ‘Raining Bats and Dogs’, ‘Nordic Plumber’). She has been through multiple training and performance cycles over the years and is passionate about sharing this experience and expertise with her clients.

Mina holds a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy (2:1), a Postgraduate Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy, an MNU Nutrition Certification, an IOC (International Olympic Committee) Sports Nutrition Diploma, and the Intuitive Eating Certification. Mina also had her first academic paper published in 2024. Her experience in working with nutrition clients has centred around climbers who are primarily interested in training and performance. Mina’s qualifications and experience in climbing make her a highly sought after resource within the team!

On the philosophy of her role at Lattice, Mina says:

“I am psyched to work with climbers; to help them to develop, progress and enjoy their climbing as much as possible. With nutrition, I hope that we will not only have success with 1:1 nutrition clients, but we will also be able to play a role in changing the landscape and messaging about nutrition within the climbing community to a healthier and more sustainable rhetoric.
