Tess, joined the Lattice team in September 2020, whilst working in Events at the University of Sheffield. She graduated from UWL with a degree in Event Management and has a passion for organising and thrives in fast-paced and creative environments.

Tessa loves adventure and being outdoors and has enjoyed climbing for over 10 years, climbing some big peaks like Naranjo de Bulnes and the Chief in Squamish. She has also been lucky enough to travel and climb in some classic bouldering and sport areas like Fontainebleau, Frankenjura, Geyikbayiri, El Chorro, Redrocks, Bishop and more.

When not climbing or out walking with her dog Luna, Tessa LOVES to cook. During the 2020 lockdown Tess began a food blog and started sharing pictures of her creations (@tes.whitfield). Through this, a position was born at Lattice and you will spot Tessa’s content throughout our channels, as she creates content for all channels and manages our email marketing.
