Toby joined the Lattice team in February 2026 as a senior UI/UX Designer, working on the look and feel of the Lattice App. He brings with him 3 years of app ideation, design, and project management experience in the digital health landscape.
Toby loves all things outdoors; cycling adventures, sailing, walking and of course climbing! Despite being introduced to climbing at an early age, the obsession only truly took hold around 7 years ago. Since then, he has become obsessed with Scottish winter climbing, bouldered 7B, trad climbed E6 and sport climbed 7b+. Toby’s progression in climbing is driven by his lifetime ambition to climb grade ‘8’ in all his disciplines (f8A, F8a, E8, VIII).
Within his role at Lattice, Toby is excited to combine his passions of app design and climbing. He is also keen to involve app users in the design process, using their feedback to improve the experience for all.
When not in Sheffield, you’ll likely find Toby designing new app features from his van, tucked away somewhere in the Scottish Highlands—especially during the winter season.
