Darcey joined the Lattice team in 2025 as an ambassador, and is currently training on a Climbing Training Plan.

Darcey discovered climbing while at university, and quickly found that time on the wall started to take priority over time in the studio. Since then, Darcey has graduated with a degree in Architecture, with a long term goal of bringing those two worlds together by designing climbing walls or holds.

A naturally creative person, Darcey has a wide range of interests outside climbing, including knitting, fine art, reading, and playing the guitar. That creativity carries into climbing too, approaching movement with curiosity, patience, and a willingness to learn.

Darcey is excited to begin the journey with Lattice and commit to becoming a stronger, more well rounded climber. The process is part of the appeal, from the frustrating sessions full of repeated falls, to the moments when a new move clicks and everything feels possible.
