Gift Card Policy
- You can redeem your Lattice Training Limited (Lattice) gift card using our online webshop, latticetraining.com/shop. You can only use it to purchase the service specifically stated on the gift card (e.g. a 12 week Lattice Lite plan), by following the instructions provided with the gift card.
- The gift card cannot be used with third-party retailers offering sale of the same service listed on the gift card. Other exclusions may apply.
- You cannot use a gift card to discharge indebtedness in respect of an account you or anyone else already holds with Lattice.
- Please protect your card and treat it as cash; we cannot replace lost, stolen or damaged cards.
- The gift card will expire if not used by the expiry date specified on the gift card. We will not refund the card if it is not used by the expiry date and we will invalidate the card.
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged or resold. We do not give change or refunds on gift cards.
- If you place an order via our website using a gift card and subsequently wish to cancel the order before delivery (e.g. if you incur an injury before starting a training plan), monies owing will be credited to your online account with us ready to be used at a later date for the same service specified on the gift card. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- We reserve the right to refuse to accept a gift card which we deem to be tampered with, duplicated or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.
- We reserve the right to amend the gift card terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.
- These terms, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the law of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably agrees that (except where you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland) the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with these terms or the subject matter or formation of this contract between the parties. Nothing in this clause shall limit the right of Lattice to issue or take proceedings against you in any other court of competent jurisdiction, nor shall the taking of proceedings in any one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of proceedings in any other jurisdictions, whether concurrently or not, to the extent permitted by the law of such other jurisdiction.
