Our Nutrition Consultation is designed to help you optimise your nutrition for climbing. It includes:
- An assessment of your current nutritional intake
- Personalised feedback on your energy, macronutrient, and micronutrient intake
- A discussion of areas for improvement, as well as what you’re already doing well
- Practical nutrition advice to support performance, recovery, adaptation, and overall health
- Resources to help you implement and sustain these recommendations
How we deliver:
Before your consultation, we will ask you to complete a detailed questionnaire covering your goals, current eating habits, food preferences, activity levels, and any other information that helps us understand your needs.
During the consultation, we’ll explore these areas in more depth and Mina will provide personalised feedback and practical recommendations to support you. While this isn’t a meal plan, you’ll receive clear guidance on energy intake, macronutrients, micronutrients, and food timing – along with support to help you put the advice into practice.
Session Format & Booking Sessions
All sessions are 1 hour long and delivered online via Google Meet.
You will receive an email from Mina after purchase to organise a date/time for your session.
If needed, Mina will suggest a 1-hour follow-up consultation that can be purchased on this page or via the link included in the post-consultation summary email.

Her experience in working with nutrition clients has centred around climbers who are primarily interested in training and performance. Mina’s qualifications and experience in climbing make her a highly sought after resource within the team!
On the philosophy of her role at Lattice, Mina says:
“I am psyched to work with climbers; to help them to develop, progress, and enjoy their climbing as much as possible. With nutrition, I hope that we will not only have success with 1:1 nutrition clients, but we will also be able to play a role in changing the landscape and messaging about nutrition within the climbing community to a healthier and more sustainable rhetoric.
