What is the Nutrition Support Package?
The Nutrition Support Package is a comprehensive service to help you optimise your nutrition for climbing.
It includes:
- An assessment of your current nutritional intake with analysis specific to a training day of your choice
- Feedback on your energy intake, macronutrient intake, and micronutrient intake
- Clear presentation of areas you may want to improve or where you are doing great already
- Practical nutrition advice moving forward for performance, recovery, adaptation, and overall health
- Resources to support you in implementing these recommendations
- Option to add a consultation with our nutritionist, Mina Leslie-Wujastyk
How we deliver:
We’ll start by sending you a detailed form where you can share your goals, current eating habits and intake, food preferences, activity levels, and any other relevant information. You’ll then log one full day of training or climbing along with everything you eat on that day. We’ll provide clear instructions on how to do this and how to share it with us.
Using this information, we’ll analyse your nutritional intake and give you personalised feedback and recommendations tailored to your needs on rest, light, moderate, and heavy activity days. While this isn’t a set meal plan, you’ll receive in-depth guidance on energy requirements, macronutrients, micronutrients, meal timing, and practical strategies for applying the advice.
Your Nutrition Support Package will be delivered via email as a PDF. This is a one-off resource that you can use as an ongoing reference to optimise your climbing and training. It is not a meal plan or day-to-day instructions, but a personalised set of guidelines you can adapt to suit your future needs.
Please note: this is a stand-alone service and does not include ongoing one-to-one nutrition coaching. If you’d like more support or to discuss your results, you can add on a consultation above.
Nutrition Consultation (optional)
Through a 30- or 60-minute consultation, Mina will help you understand your Nutrition Support Package, explore practical ways to put changes into action, and troubleshoot any challenges. This optional session is a chance to take a deeper look at your habits, areas for development, and obstacles, while also giving you the opportunity to ask any questions about your nutrition.
Session Format & Booking Sessions
All sessions are either 30 minutes or 1 hour long, online via Google Meet. These sessions are designed to be a follow-up to the Nutrition Support Package.Â

Mina’s qualifications and experience in climbing make her a highly sought after resource within the team!
On the philosophy of her role at Lattice, Mina says:
“I am psyched to work with climbers; to help them to develop, progress, and enjoy their climbing as much as possible. With nutrition, I hope that we will not only have success with 1:1 nutrition clients, but we will also be able to play a role in changing the landscape and messaging about nutrition within the climbing community to a healthier and more sustainable rhetoric.
