Jen Wood

Jen joined the Lattice coaching team in the summer of 2019, bringing with her over a decade of international competition experience. Jen holds multiple national podiums across lead, boulder, and speed climbing, and notably reached the semi-finals at the 2022 Boulder World Cup in Salt Lake City. In 2024, Jen shifted her primary focus to outdoor sport climbing, and recently became only the third British woman to climb 9a.

Beyond the wall, Jen holds a Master’s degree in Biochemistry and Microbiology and brings a curiosity for academic research into her coaching and her role as Lattice’s YouTube Lead.
