Loz Martin joined the Lattice team in 2025 as an ambassador, and is currently training on a Climbing Training Plan, written by coach Cam Hartley.

Loz is a boulderer based in Cheltenham, UK. She initially found her footing in the London climbing scene to help with her mental health, going on to create a mental health social at several gyms, one of her proudest achievements.

“I’m primarily a boulderer—but my forte is really in training. I enjoy reaching milestones I’ve set that can aid my climbing.”
