Lattice L365 7 day Free Trial Offer Terms and Conditions:
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY AND IN FULL. THEY CONTAIN CERTAIN CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS ON THE AVAILABILITY AND USE OF THE LATTICE L365 7 DAY TRIAL OFFER, INCLUDING WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOUR FREE TRIAL PERIOD ENDS.
This L365 Free Trial Offer (the “L365 7 Day Trial Offer”) is made available by Lattice (as defined in the Lattice Terms of Service ).
The offer
The L365 7 Day Trial Offer entitles you to access L365 – a subscription service as defined in the the Lattice L365 Terms of Service:
(A) for an initial 7 day trial period (the “Free Trial Period”); and
(B) without charge,
from the moment that you activate the Free Trial Period by submitting your payment details via our website.
By submitting your payment details: (i) you accept and agree to these terms and conditions; and (ii) acknowledge and agree to the Lattice L365 Terms of Service. Any information that we may collect and process under this L365 7 Day Trial Offer will be carried out in accordance with Lattice’s Privacy Policy.
Duration and cancellation
Lattice reserves the right to modify or to earlier terminate this L365 7 Day Trial Offer at any time and for any reason. After such time, Lattice shall not be obligated to redeem any further attempts to take up this offer.
After the Free Trial Period expires, you will automatically be charged the then-current monthly price of the Lattice L365 subscription service and the payment method you provided will automatically be charged that amount unless you cancel prior to the expiry of the Free Trial Period. Thereafter, you must cancel the subscription before the end of the then-current subscription period to avoid being charged for the next subscription period. A notice period is not required for your cancellation.
To cancel, you must log into your Lattice account and go to My Account > Subscriptions and you can cancel from there. If you cancel during the Free Trial Period your access to L365 Member benefits will cease with immediate effect. Once you have cancelled you will no longer have access to any data you entered into our L365 Facebook group.
Eligibility
In order to receive this L365 7 Day Trial Offer, users must satisfy the conditions listed at (A)-(B) below (each an “Eligible User”). You must:
(A) be new to the L365 Service. If you have subscribed to the L365 service previously or have taken a trial or introductory offer for L365 previously, you are ineligible for this offer; and
(B) provide Lattice with a valid and current payment method. Lattice gift cards cannot be used as a valid payment method for this offer.
Eligible Users may only redeem the L365 7 Day Trial Offer once – previous users may not redeem the offer again.
