At Lattice Training we don’t think there’s such a thing as a one-size-fits-all training plan so we write every plan by hand to make sure it’s a great fit for your experience, goals and lifestyle. This customisation means you’ll get a plan that is uniquely adjusted to you.

Training Plan FAQs

Why do I need to do an assessment before I can do a plan?

We use the assessment so we know where your strengths and weaknesses are, and thus what areas the plan needs to focus on. Without an assessment we’d be flying blind!

Do I get any ongoing support with the plan?

Yes! We provide email support throughout the plan.

Why do I need to commit to 6 months of training plan straight away?

In our experience this is the minimum length of time necessary to make meaningful, long term gains.

What if I get injured/unexpected time off/find a new job?!

We’re all climbers so we understand circumstances change. We offer free edits to plans (at our discretion) to accommodate those unexpected turns in life.

What does a plan actually look like? How does it all work?

Our training plans come as a set of sessions to complete within a given week, as well as detailed session sheets describing the individual sessions in detail (work:rest times, # sets, approx intensity etc.) This allows you some flexibility to adapt your sessions around your lifestyle. Training plans typically come in 2 blocks of 3 months.

I’m very time constrained, can I still get a training plan?

Yes! We realise that everyone has other commitments in their life and we are more than happy to work around these.
