Summary of key terms and conditions of the Lattice Premium Subscription (please refer to our full Terms of Service for the details):
1. Payments: Your subscription payments will commence on the starting date of your first training plan (save for your deposit which you will have already paid).
2. Minimum 6 month term: Your subscription is for a minimum term of 6 months, therefore we are not able to offer any pro rata refunds during this period. If you are paying by standing order and you need to take a break from training during this time your payments must still continue uninterrupted until the expiry of the 6 month minimum term. After the first 6 months, your subscription (unless terminated by you) will continue on a 3 month rolling basis to cover each 12 week training plan prepared by your coach. As soon as you complete and submit the next stage training response form you must continue payments for a minimum of 3 further months.
3. Pauses in plan after the first 6 months: if you would like to take a short pause from training for up to 1 month payment must continue. During this time you will still be able to receive full access to the team via email and have core, flexibility and portable fingerboard training incorporated into your plan if requested. For a pause in training which lasts between 1 and 4 months, your place can be reserved by paying a retainer fee equivalent to the price of 1 month of subscription. The retainer means that you are able to reserve a re-start date between 1 and 4 months after commencing the pause in subscription on a date which is convenient to you. When re-starting you will be assigned an available Lattice coach. If you are assigned to a new coach they will have full access to your previous communications, questions and data. As we work as a close team transitioning between coaches is done with a high level of communication among team members. If your previous coach is available on this date then you may be re-assigned to the same coach as previously. Pauses for longer than 4 months require a normal restart to training including an assessment and joining the waiting list as a new client.
4. Minimum notice period for cancellation & deposit:
4.1 If you wish to cancel your subscription at any point, you must provide at least 6 weeks’ written notice before the end date listed on your most recent training plan (even if in the first 6 months of training with us), or if you are on a pause 6 weeks’ written notice before the date that you are due to return (as per 3 above). Once you have given notice to cancel you must continue your subscription payments up to and including the end of your current training plan.
4.2 If you do not provide at least 6 weeks’ notice of cancellation, your deposit will be forfeited to help cover the business and administrative costs arising from short or no notice being provided to us. If you are paying by standing order and you provide 6 weeks’ notice, we will cancel your recurring payment 1 month early and use your deposit payment to cover the cost of the final month.
4.3 If you place an order for a Premium Plan subscription and you cancel after being assigned a Lattice coach by email but before receiving your first training plan, your deposit will be forfeited and we may use it to cover the losses that we incur as a result.
