Increase the Weight Gradually
When you’re training your wrists and forearms, you need to be able to increase the intensity gradually. Often, the dumbbells available at your local gyms increase in too large increments, making progressive overload difficult.
With the Fractional Weight Plates, you can increase the load by as little as 0.25kg, making it easy to set the correct intensity for your training.
