A Lattice Board Assessment is a great way to measure strengths and weaknesses in your climbing. Over the course of 2 hours, we’ll put you through a carefully designed series of tests on and off the Lattice Board to analyse everything from your movement patterns to the details of your energy systems. Your coach will provide you with feedback on the day of assessment, followed by an in-depth written analysis of your results and how they relate to your goals.

Oli Grounsell runs assessments on Mondays and Tuesdays, Ella Russell on Wednesdays and Josh Hadley on Thursdays.

REQUIREMENT: Please ensure you are able to hang unaided from a 20mm edge with 2 arms for at least 10 seconds before booking an LBA.
