The successful applicant will be responsible for brand growth and community engagement, accountable for strategically managing multiple social media channels and community groups. The responsibilities outlined below define the core expectations, but as the brand evolves, so too will the scope and impact of this role.

What you’ll be working on:
- Delivery of the Lattice Training social media content plan including, idea generation, content creation, copywriting and scheduling.
- Oversee the management of a secondary social media channel, including strategy development, content creation, and scheduling, as well as developing and implementing new strategies, such as an athlete sponsorship program.
- Community management across multiple social media platforms.
Key deliverables:
- Develop and execute a strategy for a secondary social channel – Expand reach, engagement, and brand alignment.
- Drive engagement – Create compelling content measured through social content engagement metrics.
- Support and nurture the climbing community – Monitor and grow the community on multiple social media channels.
- Optimise content performance – Analyse data and adjust strategies to enhance effectiveness.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging – Maintain high-quality, on-brand communication across all platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams – Align content and campaigns with broader marketing and business goals.
