Job Title: Warehouse Operative (permanent).
Start Date: 30th June 2025.
Hours: 30-32 hours per week.
Location: Chesterfield, UK.
Salary: £13.05 per hour (£25,447 yearly pro-rata)

What We’re Looking For:
Join our team at Lattice Training and help deliver world-class climbing tools to athletes around the globe! We’re looking for someone with great attention to detail and a commitment to top-notch customer service.
What You’ll Bring:
- Computer literacy. Expertise with Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel is advantageous.
- Methodical and keen attention to detail.
- Available to work on site Monday through Friday.
- Experience delivering excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
The Role:
You’ll be part of a small, dynamic team with plenty of opportunities for growth as we continue to scale. The role involves manual handling, so you’ll need to be comfortable independently lifting and moving stock up to 25kg.
Requirements:
- Reliable transport to our Chesterfield office/warehouse
- Ability to lift and move stock safely
- Ability to go up and down ladders
What you’ll be working on:
- B2C, B2B & B2D Dispatch:
- Pack and dispatch orders (Mon/Wed/Fri).
- Streamline processes for efficiency and resilience
- Communicate with postal services and manage collections.
- Work with the Product Sales Coordinator to maximise shipping efficiency and resilience.
- Customer Support:
- Troubleshoot issues, process refunds, and submit courier claims.
- Log queries, fixes, and outcomes, resolve customer complaints.
- Warehouse Operations:
- Conduct end of line assembly of Lattice Training equipment, conduct quality checks, and manage stock counts.
- Maintain a clean workspace, check in goods, and reorder packaging supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supplier orders to ensure seamless product availability.
- Site Management
- Support with site administration.
- Undertake site checks on a daily, weekly and quarterly basis;
- Where required building and facility maintenance, DIY and decoration.
- Coordinate and oversee vendors, contractors and suppliers.
- Support with site safety & compliance and help to promote a culture of safety awareness.
