In order to further develop your coach – athlete relationship within your Discovery Phase, you can also purchase a video consultation to be completed within this initial 2 week period. During this consultation, you will have the opportunity to ask your coach any climbing or training related questions, as well as the freedom to further expand on any specifics within your climbing and training history, goals, facilities, and schedule. Your coach will also be able to use their experience to further guide the discussion, and ensure they have as much information as possible to write up your first 12 weeks of training following the Discovery Phase.
