Macy joined the team as Head of Growth in October 2023. She has over a decade of experience in Marketing, Digital and Data across a range of industries from recruitment, healthcare, confectionary, automotive, retail and education. She specialises in performance-based marketing and how to drive business performance in a sustainable and efficient way. Here at Lattice, Macy’s marketing experience is paired with her passion for climbing.

Outside of work and climbing, Macy can usually be found up in the air on the trapeze practising routines and trying new moves. She loves keeping poultry and now has a collection of 40+ chickens and ducks. Her dog Pippin is regularly found having a nap with the flock while they investigate his tail (it is fair to say he is very tolerant!).

Macy is responsible for overseeing our marketing and sales strategy, helping us in our mission to make climbing training accessible to all climbers, pushing boundaries and contributing to the future of climbing!
