Privacy Notice – Model Release Letter

Welcome to Lattice’s privacy notice.

This privacy notice provides information on how we, Lattice Training Limited (“Lattice”), collect and process your data if you submit the Model Release Letter we have sent you. 

It is important that you read this privacy notice together with our website privacy policy which contains more detailed information about our data processing and can be accessed here

  1. Important information and who we are

Lattice is the controller and responsible for your personal data.

  1.  The data we collect about you

For the purposes of the activities referenced in the Model Release Letter we will collect, use, store and transfer the following personal data about you:

  • the Digital Content (as defined in the Model Release Letter you have completed and sent to Lattice); and
  • related contact details including your name, email address and other contact information as may be requested (Related Data);

It is only when you complete and send the Model Release Letter to us that we will process your personal data. The legal bases we rely on for the processing of any personal data are performance of a contract with you, where it is necessary for our legitimate interests and where we need to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation. We will only use your personal data for the purpose for which we collected it, which includes the following:

The Digital Content will be shared and distributed on the basis set out in the Model Release Letter. 

We will only share Related Data with employees of Lattice who form part of the project team for the activities described in the Model Release Letter.
