This privacy notice provides information on how we, Lattice Training Limited (“Lattice”), collect and process your data if you decide to go ahead and complete our survey. Lattice is the controller and responsible for your personal data. We have appointed a data protection officer (DPO). The data we collect about you
For the purposes of our survey we will collect, store and process the following personal data about you:
- Data such as your country/continent of residence, your age, your climbing habits, climbing ability, and hangboard-related preferences and you will be given the option to provide additional free text in response to some questions to explain anything you feel relevant or important in more detail.
- Your email address.
As members of our staff processing the data might be able to work out your identity from the responses you provide when combined with your email address, we are treating it as personal data.
We will not store this personal data without your explicit permission. It is only when you complete the survey and submit your responses that we store your personal data. The legal basis we rely on for the processing of any personal data are your consent and our legitimate interests pursuant to Article 6(1)(a)&(f) of the European General Data Protection Regulation or the UK General Data Protection Regulation (as applicable).
We will use a third party processor, HubSpot, to collect this data via an online form and your responses will be stored securely within the CRM system.
How we use your personal data
We will only use your personal data for the purpose for which we collected it, which includes the following:
- To gain further information regarding hangboard preferences of our customers to inform our product design process.
How we share your personal data
We will only share your individual survey responses with employees of Lattice who form part of the project team for this survey. We will not publish your individual responses. Your individual survey responses will not be shared with any external third party other than IT service providers acting as processors who provide servers and platforms which enable us to store and process your survey responses.
