LatticePlan: Training With a Disability

At Lattice, we’re proud to have supported disabled and paraclimbers through our 1:1 coaching service. If you are a disabled climber seeking training, working directly with a coach allows us to fully understand your climbing, make bespoke adjustments, and select workouts in a way that best supports your progression. This service also provides ongoing, close communication — something we’ve found to be crucial in creating the most effective training for disabled climbers.

Why Our LatticePlan Isn’t Always the Best Fit

Our LatticePlan service is powered by intelligent training technology built from coach expertise and performance data. However, it currently can’t collect or interpret the specific information needed to tailor plans for disabled or paraclimbers. Because of this, it may not be able to design sessions and select workouts that fully align with your training needs.

We want every climber using our services to have the best possible experience — and for many disabled climbers, this is currently only achievable through our 1:1 coaching options, where training can be customised with the nuance and care it deserves.

We’re Here to Support You

If you have a disability and are unsure which option is right for you, we’d love to talk. Reach out to us at [email protected] or via the contact form on our website. A coach will get back to you personally to discuss the best approach for your climbing and your training goals.

We’re committed to helping you find the path that works best for you.
