What You’ll Bring:

• Experience delivering excellent customer service
• Knowledge of the climbing industry
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Confidence with Google & Microsoft applications
• A sharp eye for detail in routine tasks

The Role:

You’ll be part of a small, dynamic team in our fastest-growing department, meaning plenty of opportunities for growth as we continue to scale. The role involves manual handling, so you’ll need to be comfortable lifting and moving stock.

Requirements:

• Reliable transport to our Chesterfield office/warehouse
• Ability to lift and move stock safely

What you’ll be working on:

• Order Dispatch:
  • Prepare and dispatch webshop orders, including manual shipments and courier coordination.
  • Streamline processes for efficiency and handle postal service communication.
• Customer Support:
  • Process refunds, troubleshoot issues, and submit courier claims.
  • Log queries, fixes, and outcomes, and resolve customer complaints.
• Retail (B2B) Dispatch:
  • Pack and dispatch retailer orders, ensuring efficient collections.
• Warehouse Operations:
  • Assemble equipment, conduct quality checks, and manage stock counts.
  • Maintain a clean workspace, check in goods, and reorder packaging supplies.
