What You’ll Bring:
- Experience delivering excellent customer service
- Knowledge of the climbing industry
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Confidence with Google & Microsoft applications
- A sharp eye for detail in routine tasks
The Role:
You’ll be part of a small, dynamic team in our fastest-growing department, meaning plenty of opportunities for growth as we continue to scale. The role involves manual handling, so you’ll need to be comfortable lifting and moving stock.
Requirements:
- Reliable transport to our Chesterfield office/warehouse
- Ability to lift and move stock safely
What you’ll be working on:
- Order Dispatch:
- Prepare and dispatch webshop orders, including manual shipments and courier coordination.
- Streamline processes for efficiency and handle postal service communication.
- Customer Support:
- Process refunds, troubleshoot issues, and submit courier claims.
- Log queries, fixes, and outcomes, and resolve customer complaints.
- Retail (B2B) Dispatch:
- Pack and dispatch retailer orders, ensuring efficient collections.
- Warehouse Operations:
- Assemble equipment, conduct quality checks, and manage stock counts.
- Maintain a clean workspace, check in goods, and reorder packaging supplies.
