Discounts & access

Founding Member discount, and using the Lattice app for free without a subscription.

Founder Member discount

As a Founding Member you get a lifetime discount of at least 20% off an annual LatticePlan subscription.

If your annual subscription ends for any reason, you lose your Founding Member status. The discount then does not apply to a later subscription.

If you switch from annual to monthly, your Founding Member discount ends. You cannot get it back if you switch to annual again.

Free access to the Lattice app

You can use the Lattice Training App for free, without a subscription. On the free version you can:

• add, schedule and log your own workouts from our library
• use the timers
• log one test, the 2 Arm Max Hang

To get a full LatticePlan that is built for you and adapts as you train, start a free trial. The trial unlocks the whole plan.
