Founder Member discount

As a Founding Member you get a lifetime discount of at least 20% off an annual LatticePlan subscription.

Worth knowing before you make changes: if your annual subscription ends for any reason, at any point, you lose your Founding Member status, and the discount won't apply to any future subscription. This matters most if you're thinking of switching between monthly and yearly, because switching means cancelling your current subscription first and signing up again once it's expired. Cancelling the annual plan to switch will end your Founder discount for good, so it's worth weighing up before you do it.

Free access to the Lattice app

You can use the Lattice app for free, without a subscription. On the free tier you won't get a personalised LatticePlan generated for you, but you can add your own workouts, in weeks 1 and 2.
