Fixes for plans that won't generate, missing weekly check-ins, and lingering upgrade prompts.
My plan won't generate, or I'm stuck on a "no plan" screen
Plan generation needs a few key details. If your plan won't create, check your profile is complete, in particular your climbing grades and your height, weight and arm span. Filling in anything missing should let your plan generate.

My weekly check-in or next week isn't appearing
If your next week hasn't appeared, completing your weekly check-in is what generates it. If your current plan has finished, you'll need to start a new one instead.

I've paid (or started my trial) but the app still says upgrade
Access can take a moment to update after you subscribe or start a trial. If the app still shows an upgrade prompt, pull down to refresh on your Profile screen. If that doesn't do it, go to Account and App settings and choose Clear cache. Still stuck? Get in touch and we'll sort it.
