Your pre-plan form, the Discovery Phase, and when your coach-written plan arrives.
Your pre-plan form (and the Discovery Phase for our coached plans)
Before your coach can write your plan, they need to know about you, and that starts with the pre-plan form. This form is sent in your welcome email and we will need it completed before we can get you started.
You'll tell us your climbing history and goals, the time and equipment you have, and anything relevant about past injuries or health. The more you tell us, the better your plan fits, so it's worth taking your time over it.
On Climbing Training Plan Plus and Flexibility Training Plan, your first two weeks are a Discovery Phase, where you will complete a set of assessments and meet your coach before they write your first 12-week block.
When will I get my plan?
On a Climbing Training Plan, you will complete your assessment, fill in your form and choose your start date. You will receive your plan and accompanying Loom video from your coach explaining what is included on the Friday before your start date. You'll find your plan in the app, with your coach's intro video alongside it.
For Plus and Flexibility Plans you choose your start date at checkout. This will be your Discovery Phase start date and your first 12-week training starts 2 weeks after that. The 2-week Discovery allows for time to complete your assessment and meet your coach.
