Managing and cancelling your LatticePlan or coached subscription, by product and platform.

Managing your subscription

LatticePlan. You can manage your subscription in the app or on the website.

In the app: go to your profile, and under Your Account tap the pencil next to your LatticePlan subscription, then Manage Subscription.

On the website: log in at web.latticetraining.com, click the pencil under Subscription Status, then Manage Subscription, which takes you to our payment partner, Paddle, where you can see your payment history, update payment details and cancel.

Climbing Training Plan Plus and Flexibility Training Plan. You can update your card details for your subscription payments by heading to your account page.

From there choose My Account, click on Payment method and delete your old card details, because the system sometimes defaults to those first. Finally add a new card.

To let the team know you'd like to cancel your plan, please fill in this form.

Cancelling (by product)

How you cancel depends on what plan you've got.

LatticePlan. Cancel through wherever you signed up:

  • Apple (iOS): App Store, tap your profile, Subscriptions, select LatticePlan, Cancel Subscription.
  • Android: Google Play, tap your profile, Payments & Subscriptions, Subscriptions, select LatticePlan, Cancel Subscription.
  • Website (Paddle): log in at web.latticetraining.com, pencil under Subscription Status, Manage Subscription, then cancel via Paddle.

You'll keep access until the end of your current term, then your account reverts to the free version of the app. Your data and logs stay put. A tip for app store subscriptions: cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to be sure you're not charged.

Climbing Training Plan Plus or Flexibility Training Plan. Fill in the cancellation form and we'll aim to reply within 1 to 2 business days.

Climbing Training Plan. If you haven't used it yet, get in touch and we'll refund it. If it's already written, contact us and we'll help.

Online courses. Fill in the cancellation form. See Refunds (by product) for the cooling-off rules.
