Which login you need for the app, your courses, and the website shop – and what to do if you're locked out.

Which login do I need, and I can't log in

Our products and services often have independent credentials.

• The Lattice app (for LatticePlan and coach-written plans): log in on the app, or at web.latticetraining.com for LatticePlan. If you've not logged in before, tap Forgot Password on the login screen to set one up.
• Your courses (A Climber's Guide to Training): log in at education.latticetraining.com/login, where you can also reset your course password.
• The website and shop (Climbing Training Plan Plus subscription details, Climbing Training Plan orders and other purchases): log in on our website.

So if a password isn't working, check you're using the login for that specific thing or try resetting your password.
