Payments & refunds

Requesting refunds by product and platform, and updating your payment details.

Refunds (by product)

LatticePlan. If you bought by mistake or it didn't meet your expectations, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. How you request it depends on where you paid:

  • Apple (iOS): open the "Your receipt from Apple" email, tap Report a Problem next to the LatticePlan purchase, and choose "I'd like to request a refund". Apple reviews and decides these (we can't process iOS refunds), usually within 48 to 72 hours.
  • Android: request through Google Play (Purchase History, then request a refund), or email us at payment@latticetraining.com. Google usually decides within minutes but it can take up to 4 business days.
  • Website (Paddle): email contact@latticetraining.com and we'll aim to respond within 48 hours.

Online courses. You can get a full refund within 14 days of your order confirmation, but only if you haven't accessed any of the course materials. If you have watched some of the content, get in touch. There's no refund after the 14-day cooling-off period. Request one with the cancellation form.

Climbing Training Plan. If it's unused, get in touch and we'll refund it. If it's already written and something's not right, contact us and we'll help.

Climbing Training Plan Plus and Flexibility Training Plan. To stop your subscription, use the cancellation form. If you think a refund's due, contact us and we'll look into it.

Updating payment details

LatticePlan bought on our website: log in at web.latticetraining.com, click the pencil under Subscription Status, then Manage Subscription to reach Paddle, where you can update your payment details.

LatticePlan bought through the App Store or Google Play: your payment method is held by Apple or Google, so update it in your App Store or Google Play account settings rather than in the Lattice app.
