Following your plan on your own
A Climbing Training Plan is a one-off, coach-written plan that you follow yourself via guided workouts in the Lattice app. There's no ongoing coaching or chat.
Your coach records a Loom video talking you through the plan: explaining what is coming over the 12 weeks and how to get the most from it. Watch that first – it's the closest thing to having your coach in the room.
