Returning physical products, refund timescales, and what to do about faulty items.
Returns and faulty items (physical products)
Changed your mind. If you're buying as a consumer, you can return most items for a full refund as long as you tell us within 14 days of receiving your order, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us. (Software is the exception.) Start by filling in the Returns Form, then post the item to:
FAO Returns, Lattice Training Ltd, Unit 8 Clarence Industrial Estate, Eastside Road, Chesterfield, S41 9AT, UK.
You'll need to cover the cost of returning it, and we can't refund third-party postage. Please pack it well – we can withhold a refund if an item comes back damaged.
How long refunds take. Once we've received your return, we aim to process it within 5 working days. If we've told you your refund is on its way, it's on its way – it can take a little time to show up in your account.
Faulty items. If something you've bought from us is faulty, get in touch straight away at contact@latticetraining.com and include a photo of the item. Depending on the issue, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund in line with your consumer rights.
