How coached subscriptions run in blocks, billing every 4 weeks, and the notice period to cancel.

Your blocks, billing and notice period

Climbing Training Plan Plus and Flexibility Training Plan run in blocks. You start with a 2-week Discovery Phase and a 12-week block (a 14-week minimum term), and after that it continues automatically as recurring 12-week blocks.

Billing is every 4 weeks. That lines up with the 12-week blocks (three payments to a block) rather than calendar months, so your payments track your training rather than the date.

We need 4 weeks' notice before the end of your 12-week block to cancel in time before the automatic renewal. To let the team know you'd like to cancel your plan, please fill in this form.
