Life Hacks for Hardcore Working Hours and Training: Favia Dubyk

Do you want to know more about how to juggle and manage a million different things, and what the process of dealing with setbacks looks like?

Tom Randall is known for juggling a lot, however, Favia Dubyk is not only working very hard hours but is also able to train at a higher level, showing us how you can do it all with the right time management. Not to mention Favia has had quite a few setbacks like being diagnosed with lymphoma during med school and the ongoing challenges it brought. Believing in perseverance and in finding opportunities in the setbacks, Favia keeps proving that humans have much more capacity than we realise!

Being the amazing human being she is, Favia is always thinking outside the box and impressing everyone here at lattice with her climbing results. So, we hope you enjoy today’s podcast and apologies if the sound is a bit off, but Tom was thrown off the main office by the team so he had to face some challenges of his own while recording this.
